Melissa Cayford is a Canadian artist living near the Rockies in Alberta, Canada. 
     She completed her BFA with distinction at the University of Alberta in 2016, and her MFA in 2018 at the Burren College of Art, on the west coast of Ireland. 
     Melissa is a contemporary landscape photographer, sculptor, digital artist and designer. Her work focuses on the idea of the body as an archive for landscape and questions how landscape shapes us as individuals and communities.
     When she isn't making art, you can find her making sourdough bread and raising her littles.
